Man filling the Dental Insurance form

Associated Dentists believes the payment process for your dental care should be as transparent as possible. In other words, we’re a no surprises dental practice. That means before you receive any dental treatment, we inform you upfront about the cost. From there, we can walk you through the details of your insurance plan and let you know what will be covered and what you’ll need to pay out-of-pocket.
And if you don’t have dental insurance? Not to worry. You still have a variety of options for payment, and we’ll make sure you understand them.

Associated Dentists is now a Delta Dental PPO Provider

Whatever Delta Dental plan you have, we’re available to provide you the best dental care possible. Please contact us to ask any questions you may have or to set up an appointment at one of our two Associated Dentists locations.

A dedicated team of payment & benefits specialists for you

Logo of Dentists OfficeIf you’re new to Associated Dentists, we want you to know we care about your entire experience with us. That’s why we not only provide an exceptional group of dentists and dental support staff. You also have a dedicated team of payment & benefits specialists. These knowledgeable professionals are here to work one-on-one with you for any questions or concerns you may have about your dental care costs.

Good communication is a big deal here at Associated Dentists. One thing that means for you is that you’ll never need to re-explain things at our front desk. They’ll already know how you’re paying. That also means you’ll never be put on the spot. If you should run into problems with your original plan for payment, that’s no problem. You can just head on back and talk to one of our specialists again to set up an alternative plan.

“I don’t even know what my insurance is.”

If you think we’ve never heard that before, you’d be wrong. Very wrong. At Associated Dentists, we don’t expect you to be insurance experts. In fact, we’re prepared even if you don’t know who your carrier is: Who’s your employer? Are you the subscriber or your spouse? Who’s your spouse’s employer? We’ll help you figure it out. Then we’ll carefully explain your plan, your account’s current status, and how to best apply your benefits.

Confused by what a copay is? Wondering about your deductible? Not sure how to sort through the multiple plans you’re on? That’s why we’re here. We’ll help clear up your confusion so that you can feel confident you’re in control of the payment process.

If you have questions about dental insurance in general, we can also help. Dental insurance may not be necessary for everyone. The key is to understand your insurance options and then do a cost benefit analysis. That’s just a fancy way of saying you should compare how much you’d pay for dental insurance per year with how much you’d likely spend on dental care. (Oh, and yes, we can help you do that, too.)

Options beyond insurance

For the amount that your insurance won’t cover, or if you don’t have insurance, Associated Dentists has a number of options. First, we accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also offer you alternative payment options like the following:

  • CareCredit. For treatment costs that exceed $200, Associated Dentists can help you complete a no-cost application through CareCredit (or you can apply yourself online). CareCredit is a 6-12 month interest-free payment plan. Lots of our patients – both with and without insurance – enjoy the convenience of this payment option.
  • Dental Membership Plans. Associated Dentists offers an alternative to conventional dental insurance through our Dental Membership Plans. These plans cover a variety of dental needs, both for individuals and families, without some of the limitations that dental insurance has. Learn more about these plans here. For questions, please contact us.

Planning and budgeting for your dental future

Smiling womanWe all try to plan and prepare for so many things in life. There’s no reason your dental care can’t also be one of them, especially when you take advantage of the support we offer at Associated Dentists. Yes, we can help you plan for the two fillings you’ll be having done next week, but we can also help you plan for the months to come. That means we’ll work with you and help you get the most from your yearly insurance benefits – with the least amount of out-of-pocket expenses.

Also, let’s say you’re doing your flex plan budgeting for next year. Don’t hesitate to give us a call. We can help you plan smarter for next year’s out-of-pocket expenses.

No judgements, just great care and service
