Associated Dentists will soon be celebrating its 50th year of providing exceptional care to the people of the Greater Madison area!
Since 1962 it has been our mission to provice high quality dental care and top-notch customer service in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Our continued success over the years can be attributed partily to these values, but we realize the most important factor has been the support and loyalty of our patients just like you.
As we enter into the next 50 years of service we will continue to pursue our mission. We'd also like to offer our care to the friends and family members you feel could benefit from our services.
We appreciate all of the referrals we receive and, in the spirit of our anniversary, want to give something back when a patient is referred to Associated Dentists.
Therefore, we've started a referral program. It's easy...
- Refer your friends and family to Associated Dentists.
- You receive a $25 gift card for each person or family you refer.
- The new patient or family receives a $25 gift card at the new patient exam appointment.
* Households with multiple members are rewarded with a single $25 gift card.
In addition, beginning October 15th, for each new patient or family that you refer, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into our "Refer a Freind" raffle for a $500 Visa Gift Card! Just be sure your friends tell us that you referred them, or by using referral cards that are available from our office.
The drawing will be held February 1st and the winner will be notified.
