Our Services

Preventive dentistry is inherent in every aspect of our group practice. Our staff will take the time to listen to your concerns regarding your dental health. We will personalize your care to fit your individual needs.

Whitening

Whitening is the most common cosmetic dental procedure. It is simply the removal of stains and other discoloration from the surfaces of the teeth. There are a variety of ways in which to whiten your teeth. The first option is to have custom whitening trays fabricated for at-home whitening. Trays are worn approximately one hour per day for about 14 days. For those that prefer a more immediate result, in-office whitening is also available. One 90 minute visit under the care of a dental professional is all that is necessary to achieve the final result. Whitening trays are also provided for these patients, if desired, for the purpose of future touch-ups. Visit us to go over the whitening option that is best suited for your individual needs.

Bonding

Bonding is an option for chipped or cracked teeth as well as an occasional alternative to veneers in certain cases. It is a process in which a series of composite materials of varying shades, tints, opacities and physical properties are used to precisely replicate any missing tooth structure. These next-generation materials are bonded to the tooth's surface, sculpted into shape, hardened, and then polished to match adjacent teeth.

Crowns

Sometimes referred to as 'caps', no longer do crowns need to be the downfall of a beautiful smile. Advancements in dental materials have led to new levels of shade matching between crowns and adjacent teeth. Porcelain may now be used to match these restorations to adjacent teeth in color, translucency, shape and texture. While full-cast metal as well as porcelain fused-to-metal crowns remain a quality restorative option for all dental patients, we also offer metal-free crowns for both front and back teeth that provide exceptional esthetics as well as predicable strength.

Veneers

Veneers are ultra-thin, custom-made laminates that are bonded directly to the teeth. This increasingly popular procedure is an option for closing gaps, re-shaping and re-contouring, or hiding discolored teeth that may not have responded well to whitening procedures. This is now possible with minimal or even no removal of tooth structure and often does not require anesthesia.

Implants

It is now possible to replace missing or failing teeth with root-shaped dental implants allowing for tooth replacements that look, function and feel like natural teeth. Implants can be used to replace a single missing tooth, a number of missing teeth or for the replacement of all of a patient's teeth, even in cases where other tooth replacements may not be possible. Dental implants are one of the most predictable and longest lasting dental treatments available. This is a very exciting new development in the field of dentistry and Associated Dentists is proud to offer this service to our patients.

Invisible Braces

Many adults who did not undergo orthodontic treatment as adolescents now wish to have straight teeth but don't like the idea of braces. It is now possible to straighten your smile and improve your biting function without the unsightly appearance of metal brackets. By utilizing computer aided design and manufacturing, a series of clear plastic trays can get you the straight smile and healthy function you desire without the need for traditional orthodontic treatment. Associated Dentists is happy to offer both Invisalign and Clear Correct brand clear aligner technology.

Tooth-Colored/Metal-Free Fillings

While silver/amalgam fillings are still a safe, long-lasting, and trusted dental material, tooth-colored/metal free fillings can provide a strong yet esthetic alternative for both front and back teeth. These composite resin fillings are bonded to tooth structure allowing minimal removal of tooth structure making them a very conservative restoration. The material comes in a wide variety of shades to ensure proper matching to your teeth and are therefore virtually undetectable visually.

Digital Radiography/X-rays

Associated Dentists has been proud to offer digital x-rays since 1997. Digital x-rays are advantageous to patients due to improved image quality, vastly reduced radiation exposure, and time savings due to instant image visualization. They also allow for your dental professional to show you, and discuss with you, your specific dental findings as they appear on the monitor in your operatory.

Root Canals

Despite having a bad reputation, root canals are done to relieve a patient of tooth pain. After numbing the tooth, the injured nerve inside your tooth is replaced by a material called gutta-percha which prevents re-infection and leakage within the tooth. Tooth aches and dead teeth are most often corrected in one, pain-free appointment with root canal treatment.
